Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,493 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAT1, OAS2, and OASL. Each is linked with PARP12 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP12-to-partner and partner-to-PARP12 results are reported.
