Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,745 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are OAS2, STAT1, and XAF1. Each is linked with PARP12 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP12-to-partner and partner-to-PARP12 results are reported.
