Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,610 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAT1, STAT2, and TAP2. Each is linked with PARP12 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP12-to-partner and partner-to-PARP12 results are reported.
