Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,725 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH18-AS1, CHUK, and NARS1. Each is linked with PARP12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP12-to-partner and partner-to-PARP12 results are reported.
