Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,841 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen via MHC class Ib, Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of response to biotic stimulus. Each is linked with PARP12 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP12-to-partner and partner-to-PARP12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen via MHC class Ib grouped by PARP12-low versus PARP12-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
