Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC172, OR51I2, and CRYGC. Each is linked with PARP12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP12-to-partner and partner-to-PARP12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC172 grouped by PARP12-low versus PARP12-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
