Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,012 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS6KA1, RECQL, and ETFDH. Each is linked with PARP11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP11-to-partner and partner-to-PARP11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARP11 versus RPS6KA1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
