Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,835 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTH1P8, NEURL1, and SLC9A3R1. Each is linked with PARP11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP11-to-partner and partner-to-PARP11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARP11 versus FTH1P8 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
