PARP11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,358 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO1P57, LINC01737, and OR2P1P. Each is linked with PARP11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP11-to-partner and partner-to-PARP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO1P57 grouped by PARP11-low versus PARP11-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
