PARP11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR, eIF4G, and FASN. Each is linked with PARP11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP11-to-partner and partner-to-PARP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR grouped by PARP11-low versus PARP11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
