Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,845 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of organelle assembly, DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter. Each is linked with PARP11 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP11-to-partner and partner-to-PARP11 results are reported.
