Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,722 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC73, POGZ, and PRCC. Each is linked with PARP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP1-to-partner and partner-to-PARP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARP1 versus CDC73 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
