Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,689 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUF2, TAF1A, and GNPAT. Each is linked with PARP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP1-to-partner and partner-to-PARP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARP1 versus NUF2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
