PARP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,530 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FXN, CCNB2, and SNRNP25. Each is linked with PARP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP1-to-partner and partner-to-PARP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FXN grouped by PARP1-low versus PARP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
