Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,059 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, Lagging strand elongation, and Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery. Each is linked with PARP1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP1-to-partner and partner-to-PARP1 results are reported.
