Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 289 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMR3B, HMGB4, and KRTAP13-2. Each is linked with PARP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP1-to-partner and partner-to-PARP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMR3B grouped by PARP1-low versus PARP1-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
