PARN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,363 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARN_S619, LCMT1, and USP7. Each is linked with PARN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARN-to-partner and partner-to-PARN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARN versus PARN_S619 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
