Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARN-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, EGFR_pY1068, and Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40. Each is linked with PARN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARN-to-partner and partner-to-PARN results are reported.
