Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,819 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomerase RNA stabilization, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body, and Poly(A)-dependent snoRNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with PARN in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARN-to-partner and partner-to-PARN results are reported.
