Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PARM1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PARM1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher PARM1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PARM1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, BLCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where PARM1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
