PARM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,103 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MPHOSPH10, CLPX, and MAP4_S696. Each is linked with PARM1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARM1-to-partner and partner-to-PARM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARM1 versus MPHOSPH10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
