Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,391 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARM1-AS1, NTRK3, and MEF2C. Each is linked with PARM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARM1-to-partner and partner-to-PARM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARM1 versus PARM1-AS1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
