Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,274 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRNP25, FXN, and ENTR1. Each is linked with PARM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARM1-to-partner and partner-to-PARM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRNP25 grouped by PARM1-low versus PARM1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
