Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, PCNA, and ATM. Each is linked with PARM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARM1-to-partner and partner-to-PARM1 results are reported.
