Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,531 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic respiration, ER-nucleus signaling pathway, and Regulation of DNA-templated transcription elongation. Each is linked with PARM1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARM1-to-partner and partner-to-PARM1 results are reported.
