PARM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP22-2. Each is linked with PARM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARM1-to-partner and partner-to-PARM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP22-2 grouped by PARM1-low versus PARM1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
