Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,416 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAK2, FXR1, and GMPS. Each is linked with PARL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARL-to-partner and partner-to-PARL results are reported.
