Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 196 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1224, RN7SKP181, and RNA5SP436. Each is linked with PARL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARL-to-partner and partner-to-PARL results are reported.
