PARL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARL-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1173, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and HER3_pY1289. Each is linked with PARL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARL-to-partner and partner-to-PARL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1173 grouped by PARL-low versus PARL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
