PARL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARL mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 727 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARL-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYZ, MSI2, and PABPC1L. Each is linked with PARL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARL-to-partner and partner-to-PARL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYZ grouped by PARL-low versus PARL-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
