PARGP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARGP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,446 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARGP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GATAD2B, P4HB, and POGZ. Each is linked with PARGP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARGP1-to-partner and partner-to-PARGP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARGP1 versus GATAD2B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARGP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARGP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
