PARGP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARGP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,617 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARGP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-34P, OR8C1P, and TAF11L14. Each is linked with PARGP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARGP1-to-partner and partner-to-PARGP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-34P grouped by PARGP1-low versus PARGP1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARGP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARGP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
