PARG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,868 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIFBP, VPS26A, and DDX50. Each is linked with PARG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARG-to-partner and partner-to-PARG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
