Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,265 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARG-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, CUL2, and CENPA. Each is linked with PARG in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARG-to-partner and partner-to-PARG results are reported.
