Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PARD6B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PARD6B data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher PARD6B mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PARD6B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LUAD show a favorable association.

CCRCC, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where PARD6B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
