Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PARD3B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PARD3B data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher PARD3B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PARD3B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
SKCM, LIHC, and STAD are the cancer types where PARD3B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
