Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARD3B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,904 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARD3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAM2, CPED1, and FBXO5. Each is linked with PARD3B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARD3B-to-partner and partner-to-PARD3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARD3B versus JAM2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARD3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARD3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
