Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PARD3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PARD3 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PARD3 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PARD3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
UCEC, ESCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where PARD3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
