Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PARD3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PARD3 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PARD3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PARD3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.

LUAD, CCRCC, and LSCC are the cancer types where PARD3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
