Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,932 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS12P16, CCNY, and RPL37P18. Each is linked with PARD3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARD3-to-partner and partner-to-PARD3 results are reported.
