PARD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,007 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CARD6, NDUFAF4, and PLCB3. Each is linked with PARD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARD3-to-partner and partner-to-PARD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CARD6 grouped by PARD3-low versus PARD3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
