PARD3-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARD3-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,153 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARD3-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL9P29, DICER1-AS1, and BRWD1-AS2. Each is linked with PARD3-AS1 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARD3-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-PARD3-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARD3-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARD3-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
