PAQR9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAQR9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,036 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAQR9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APIP, PTPN11, and CXXC5. Each is linked with PAQR9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAQR9-to-partner and partner-to-PAQR9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAQR9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAQR9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
