Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PAQR9-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PAQR9-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PAQR9-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PAQR9-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PRAD show a favorable association.

LUAD, MESO, and THCA are the cancer types where PAQR9-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
