PAQR8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAQR8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,499 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAQR8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPTBN1, EPB41L2, and CAMK4. Each is linked with PAQR8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAQR8-to-partner and partner-to-PAQR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAQR8 versus SPTBN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAQR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAQR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
