PAQR8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAQR8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 273 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAQR8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHBDD3, CHADL, and KCND1. Each is linked with PAQR8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAQR8-to-partner and partner-to-PAQR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAQR8 versus RHBDD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAQR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAQR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
