PAQR8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAQR8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,292 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAQR8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELMO2P1, RNA5SP432, and RNU6-668P. Each is linked with PAQR8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAQR8-to-partner and partner-to-PAQR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELMO2P1 grouped by PAQR8-low versus PAQR8-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAQR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAQR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
