Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PAQR7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PAQR7 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher PAQR7 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PAQR7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCS are the cancer types where PAQR7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
