PAQR7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAQR7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,357 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAQR7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF185, SACM1L, and SPATS2L_S159. Each is linked with PAQR7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAQR7-to-partner and partner-to-PAQR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAQR7 versus ZNF185 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAQR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAQR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
