PAQR7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAQR7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 184 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAQR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUF1, CNTNAP4, and HEATR3. Each is linked with PAQR7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAQR7-to-partner and partner-to-PAQR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUF1 grouped by PAQR7-low versus PAQR7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAQR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAQR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
